We made a trip to Santa Barbara for Janet and Inho's engagement session.  Janet wanted to do a NOT SO TYPICAL engagement pictures.  She wanted to do a simple but classy and fun picture at the same time...idea of "a picnic day with my husband to be..."  I thought that was great idea and I asked her to get a away from LA. and our always happy Janet liked the idea and we were o ff to SB.

So here are few of their pictures from their engagement session,

Janet worried about her make-up but as you see, she turned out great.  I just love her big brown "puppy" eyes.

 

Inho was such a handsome guy and Janet is so cute, they make such an awesome looking couple.

 

 

In the beginning Inho was not too comfortable with this picture taking thingy, usually guys are like that, they really don't enjoy taking pictures... but as the time went on the natural model side of him came out slowly.

Felt bad asking them to do this (on the floor) and I know Janet hates dirty stuff, but thanks guys being such a good support.  The image came out great because you both had such a great attitude and was so supportive.

 

 

 

 

 

I have enjoyed so much taking their pictures.  It was an awesome day to photograph and their optimistic attitude and personality made the whole day nice and bright.

Matthew's first birthday was Under the water theme.  His birthday location was by the "Sand Canyon Country Club."  It was one of the most beautiful location that we have seen so far.  Mommy has great taste of everything.  I will find out the exact location and let everyone know.  

Matthew's a great baby and has a great personality.  He has done an exceptional job on his photo session, smiled the whole time and on his birthday he never stopped smiling. Matthew, you looked handsome... baby.  "Happy birthday."

 

Just love the details of his birthday cake.  Nemo looks so real, he looks like he is swimming under the water.

Matthew and Sydnie, they make such a great couple.  I can't wait to see them when they grow up... I bet they will look so great together...hehe good looking couple can be made in near future.  

Mommy+daddy and Matthew.  This place was great location for everything, venue was so awesome.  We took some family picture at this location and came out so nicely. 

Caitlyn's birthday party was so precious.  It really looked like a princess birthday party, so pretty and pink.  Caitlyn behaved so well on her birthday, just that she was bit tired from all the attention that she was getting from everyone.  

Caitlyn I hope you remember how beautiful your birthday was, and how much thought and effort your family have put into your first birthday party.   

This was her pretty dukk as they gave out as part of their party favor.  The candles were part of her photo table decoration.  Pretty pink.  

She had photo tree and was decorated with all her pictures.  Their theme was pink and silver which was a great color combination.

It only seemed like few months ago that I felt like I took Haydn's older sister's (Ha Young) one year session.  But Haydn was born and he already turned one.  His birthday was great! I got to see so many familiar faces and our great clients.  Birthday was taken place at "Los Coyotes Country Club."  It was great sunny Saturday afternoon.  Please enjoy few of his birthday pictures.  I just love his family.

In the beginning Claire and I had a great start, but then she got sick closer to her first year birthday... then she felt little better and came back to finish her session... but the second time we met, things didn't go so smoothly.  She completely forgotten about me. I was so sad, but while we were taking pictures and giving her favorite snacks... we gotten closer and closer.. and finally she let me give her a kiss and a hug.  A HUGE progress.  

She has the cutes expression.  So adorable.

I didn't know a baby can give such a great and unique expression.  So ADORABLE!!!

This is sexy Claire.

Madison and her new hair style.  Mommy and myself just loved how cute she looked and we couldn't stop smiling at her.  She looks like a "Barbie Doll."  We had so much while we are taking Madison's pictures.  She has such a great expression.

Just love her Hello Kittie outfit.  I would love to get one for myself.  Have I mentioned that she just looks absolutely cute?

"I am just curious what's in this box?"  I had to take this picture 'cause she has this great profile.   

I want to thank Conner and Allison's mommy & daddy for coming all the way down from San Carlos, CA. and doing a studio session with us.  And I also want to thank her because she gave me chance to met her beautiful two kids, Conner and Allison.  

I had such a great time with them.  

 

Young Chul and So Young had a gorgeous wedding at the Montage Resort down at Laguna Beach.  A big thank you goes out to Jeannie Savage of Details Details for coordinating such a wonderful and joyous event for everyone.  And to Tony for shooting with me that day!  This couple met when they were in kindergarden and now they will spend rest of their life together.  What a happy ending story. 

It was such a beautiful day and So Young looked absolutely beautiful and she came out so gorgeous in all her pictures.
